Sally Gordon is a past President of the American Society of Legal History and currently serves as co-editor of Studies in Legal History, the book series of the ASLH. Gordon also serves on the Board of Directors and as a member of the Finance, Projects and Proposals, Publications, and the Willard Hurst Memorial Fund committees at the ASLH.
