Collaborative Scholarship

In addition to regular courses in both the Law School and History Department at Penn, Sally Gordon is currently developing a collaborative teaching course on American Legal History that will serve as a Penn & Slavery undergraduate curricular element with a focus on freedom suits in Pennsylvania and across the “free” north.

Regular courses include “Religion in American History,” “History of American Law,” “The Study of History,” “Church and State,” and Property Law.
